DenpaFuzz An album to inhale strong and let yourself be drugged by its psychedelic sounds. Heavy, but at the same time with enough skill so that the monotony of his monolithic riffs does not exist, in this walk through nebulae charged psychotropic atmospheres. StoneFly Effects Humm, with that energy level they could have very well had called themselves Sativa Blues… But I guess they wanted us to lay back firmly in our couches, take a big puff and drift away in that psychedelic groove they offer us. Indeed, Indica Blues rolled us a big spliff full of their own mixture of doom, blues and desert rock. But, to be truthful, I don’t smoke weed anymore at the exception of very rare occasion. So, since that album is smoking hot, let’s get crazed on it!!! Favorite track: Demagogue.

Bucky Perfect mix of trance inducing groove and distorted fuzz, backed by accessible vocal grit and bluesy atmospheric hook. We are actually pretty damn safe knowing that ‘We Are Doomed’ are delivering such righteous riffage.

FDJ (Desert Psychlist) The USA has Portland as the hub of its doom scene, here in the UK we have Oxford and one of the leading lights of that Oxford scene are Indica Blues!

OMG, late to the party but this is some of the best occult infused doom stoner tackle I've ever heard. Reference points include Sabbath (obvs), especially with the Ozzy-esque vocals but there's also the melodiousness of early Heep mixing with a more contemporary occult rock sound. It starts in the 70's and makes it to the present day. The riffs are huge but it's their way with a hook that elevates this from your average doom/stoner fare. Very wonderful indeed! egg-magoo
