Colin M. I don't know what exactly took me so long to get this. The riffs alone are well worth more than the price of admission, and the drums and bass have a great thunder to them that really resonates in your gut. Favorite track: Feed the Pyre.

1.
In the temple of the sun Peace and tranquillity Into the river their blood runs And for the master their lives burn Power Death turns the key Murder Those that lie will walk free In the valley of the kings They light a torch to lead the blind Raise your arms to the sky The last to learn, the first to die
2.
Too late for you I tried so hard The fire burning bright Black smoke rise higher Turn back the time I'm right beside you The night comes creeping in My hate a flower You left so crazed and cold So blind and so old The fire smoulders now I feed the pyre
3.
No place left Nowhere to go Wasted landscapes I don't know where to turn You lead me down there The trail ran dry No point screaming Don't even try There's one thing for you That I know for sure Broken reasons For what you do there ain't no cure You made it happen The sky will burn You point the finger We know you lie
4.
Hold on to the side The ropes swing to and fro, I've let go In towards the shore, the lights of torches burn and glow And the Gods they yearn To test us once again, I know How strange to feel at home, Among the ash and ruins of war, The signs and symbols of such primitive designs, I've found Lost eyes and souls, they must learn our way or die
